I only use genuine swarovski crystals from a supplier in Dublin. All buttons are from www.NiceDaySupplies.etsy.com. I use silver plated wire and colour coated wire for my wire wrap rings. I make all items individually by hand. If you have any questions or requests do not hesitate to contact me.

Payment

I only accept PayPal as a method of payment as I find this method the safest for both buyer and seller.

Shipping

I use Irish An Post regular post. This does not include insurance, or a tracking ID, if you wish your purchase to have either of these please contact me prior to payment and I will calculate a new shipping rate.
Although this is normally a very reliable servive, and I've never had any trouble with them.

I make every effort to ship within 24hrs of purchase, however with custom orders please allow 7 days for the construction of the item. I will convo the buyer when the item has been shipped. I do not ship on Sundays.

I will only ship an item when I have recieved payment in full.
